Multi fins, concaves, edges, low volume, flex and twist are the components that are combined to create the pinicale of the modern surfboard. The composite materials, weight, flex and twist are major factors considered. Using Epoxy resins for their superior memory and strength to weight ration, and carbon fibre cloth to actually monitor the flex and twist for maximum controlled performance.
